1. The billing information on the invoice I received from Ad-ID is wrong. How do I update the invoice with the correct billing information?

Answer: Invoices can be accessed directly on the Ad-ID system via the Invoice Log. The administrator of the account and/or the user who made the purchase can edit the invoice so it lists the correct billing information. Once the invoice has been updated, a new copy can be downloaded or emailed to the appropriate recipients. Note that the amount and the date of the purchase cannot be changed.

2. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

Answer: Ad-ID does not retain passwords, so you will need to create a new one by going to Once there, you will enter your email address and click on “Email new password.” You will receive an email with a temporary link to log in to your account. Click on the link in the email and you will be directed to your user profile to update your password.

3. My company already uses Ad-ID. How do I gain access to the existing group, prefix, and/or accounts?

Answer: The group administrator can add you to an existing group via email. To determine who the group administrator is, contact the Ad-ID customer service team at

You will receive an email notifying you that you’ve been added to the group. If you do not already have a login to the Ad-ID system, the email will also request that you register your own individual login. If you do not receive the email, you can create a login here: After you have created your login, you will have access to the necessary groups, prefixes, and accounts and will be able to create codes.

Please note that the group and account are two separate items on Ad-ID. To create codes, you need to have access to the group, not the account.
